Day 1 of Youtube Food Vlogging: My husband Anthony and I went into this with no plan. Just wanted to understand what it's like to cook live on camera.

We had a private screening with a few friends and were all laughing/ screaming at the TV because it was so ridiculous. What were we making? What's going on with the microphone? Why did we just walk off screen? Why am I filming B-roll WHILE FILMING THE A-ROLL hahahah.

We had such a good time coming up with potential titles, like "Youtube is hard" and "Instructions, unclear" bahah

Day 15 of Youtube Food Vlogging: Ever since our 1st video, Anthony's been doing a ton of research on lighting setups. Sometimes I would catch him lying on the ground, dizzy from watching all the lighting videos. Our new key light arrived and we couldn't wait to try it out. We realized we had things to learn about composition. I cried laughing while watching the footage. Oh well, let's keep goinggg!

Day 19 of Youtube Food Vlogging: I AM SO PROUD OF ANTHONY!! While I got a haircut, Anthony sat in the car and learned Davinci Resolve (a video editing program) off his phone. I couldn't believe it.

Day 20 of YouTube Food Vlogging: I’ve been working at this stuffing recipe for over a decade now and I’ve come up with a version I love so much. One year, my mom confessed she froze my stuffing and ate it for 6 months! Printable recipe here.

All in all, can't believe how far we've come in 20 days. Feeling encouraged!
